Shipping policy

Canadian shipping rates

All amounts below are in Canadian dollars. Tracked Standard shipping to Canadian addresses is a flat $5. Orders of $50 or more (after discounts), including the Complete Oil Routine, qualify for free Standard shipping. Select Standard at checkout to receive free shipping on eligible orders.

Express shipping is $12, with an estimated delivery of 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, and remains full price. Free Standard shipping does not apply to Express. The available delivery methods and final charges are shown at checkout before payment.

United States shipping

U.S. orders ship with tracked shipping for US$14.95, with an estimated transit time of 4 to 8 business days after dispatch (longer for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories). The final charge is shown at checkout before payment. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

U.S. duties and import fees are included

For U.S. orders, we prepay all U.S. duties, tariffs, customs processing and brokerage fees. There is nothing to pay on delivery, and the carrier should not ask you for any import charge. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a duty or import fee on a U.S. order, please do not pay it; contact us through our contact form with your order number and we will resolve it.

Duties and taxes for other countries

For orders shipped outside Canada and the United States, customers may be responsible for duties, import taxes, customs brokerage or clearance charges, and other government or carrier fees. Any charges not collected at checkout are not included in the product price or shipping charge and may be payable directly to the carrier or relevant authority.

Refusing delivery or failing to pay an import charge on such an order may cause the shipment to be delayed, returned, abandoned, or disposed of. Unless required by law or the issue resulted from our error, original shipping charges and import-related charges are non-refundable. Any return, recovery, storage, or disposal charge billed to Gray & Ashe may be deducted from an otherwise approved refund.

Processing and tracking

We send shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order is dispatched. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Express refers to the selected shipping service and does not guarantee same-day processing.

Return shipping

Return shipping is not included in the purchase price or original shipping charge. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Delivery details and problems

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Use our contact form at https://www.grayashe.ca/pages/contact promptly to request a correction; we may be unable to change an address after dispatch. If a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or returned to sender, use the contact form with your order number so we can investigate and explain the available next steps. We will discuss any proposed reshipping charge before proceeding. Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights relating to delivery, cancellation, or refunds.
