About these terms

These Terms apply to purchases from and use of the Gray & Ashe online store at www.grayashe.ca. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Gray & Ashe. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Ordering and payment

Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and review your order before submitting it. You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase or the authorization of a parent or guardian. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and any taxes collected are shown at checkout before payment. Product availability and prices may change for future orders.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error affects your order, or we cannot process it, we will contact you. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment collected for the cancelled items and associated charges as applicable.

Product information and use

Our oils are personal-care products. Follow the directions and ingredient information on the product label and listing. Use externally only, avoid contact with eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. Individual cosmetic experiences vary. Website information is general product information and is not medical advice or a promise to treat a medical condition. Product images may appear different across screens; the purchased product must still match its description and all applicable legal requirements.
